拜合提亚尔·艾比布拉是一位工作于伊犁电台的音乐记录者。在1990到2000年代，他与兄弟用视频记录了一批伊犁的民间音乐聚会影像，其中不乏Nurmuhemmet Tursun, Sanubar Tursun等等维吾尔音乐名家的聚会表演，充满了随性而发的音乐灵感、高超于友情之间的技巧。此外，还有大量的席间笑话，展示着伊犁民众的随和口才。塔石计划将这批影像资料配以口述回忆的形式公开。
This project presents Bextiyar Hebibulla, an archivist at the Radio System of Ili Prefecture, Xinjiang. During two decades from 1990s to 2000s, Bextiyar produced a number of video and audio tapes covering the musical performances of Nurmuhemmet Tursun, Sanubar Tursun, and many others in “olturush｜gatherings” of the Uyghur. Having conducted a series of interviews with Bextiyar and his colleagues, as well as the performers that appeared in these clips, TMA will release the footages and casual audible recordings from the “olturush｜gatherings” , which also incorporates other types of entertainment such as “chaqchaq｜joke-telling”.
